Engine Painting - 2002/03

Contractors begin to do surface preparation and sanding of former Union Pacific #3820 Summer 2002	Ex-3820 has been primered and yellow paint applied at Port Clinton, PA Summer 2002	Ex-UP 3820 is now the RBMN 3051, with the painting nearly finished at Port Clinton, PA Summer 2002		The final step of transforming ex-UP 3820 into RBMN 3051 is changing out the number boards Summer 2002
