Employees of the Reading and Northern Railroad work in a family oriented team environment. Learn about railroad operations, transportation, logistics, industrial manufacturing and material handling. Previous railroad experience is not required for most positions unless otherwise noted in our ads. On the job training including classroom and field training is provided.
